By accessing the vip2cuci Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the vip2cuci Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

Membership on vip2cuci is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Each individual may hold only one Account on the vip2cuci Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. vip2cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
The vip2cuci Platform is operated under international online gaming licensing and is made available to players who access it. Individual Members are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the vip2cuci Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. vip2cuci makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability in connection with a Member's determination of applicable local law.

All transactions on the vip2cuci Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vip2cuci accepts deposits via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and bank transfer. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time at vip2cuci's discretion.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and a compliance review of the Account.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger additional compliance checks in accordance with vip2cuci's AML obligations. vip2cuci does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider's own charges may apply.
Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from vip2cuci's operational funds and are accessible to Members at any time subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable KYC requirements.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the Member's account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
Standard eWallet withdrawal processing times are two to six hours from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one business day. Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional compliance checks are required.
vip2cuci reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the account's prior verification status, where vip2cuci's compliance team identifies a need to do so. vip2cuci does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are the Member's responsibility.
Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds and subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.
vip2cuci may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are displayed on each promotion's terms page before the Member opts in.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to meet wagering requirements; collusion with other Members; and any other conduct vip2cuci determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be abusive of the promotional system. vip2cuci reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to close any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus Funds and free spins expire on the date and time specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Member's account without notice and without right of reinstatement.

Breach of any prohibition in this section entitles vip2cuci to immediately suspend or permanently close the Member's Account, forfeit any outstanding balance (including deposits, Bonus Funds, and winnings) where permitted by applicable law, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
All content on the vip2cuci Platform — including but not limited to the vip2cuci brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and underlying software — is the intellectual property of vip2cuci or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip2cuci's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve months preceding the claim.
vip2cuci shall not be liable for: losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or events outside its reasonable control; indirect, consequential, or speculative losses; or any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subject to market movement or change.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes vip2cuci's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

vip2cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's Account, with or without notice, where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) vip2cuci is required to do so to comply with applicable law or a regulatory direction; (c) vip2cuci has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) the Member has requested self-exclusion.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member, vip2cuci will return the Member's available cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to their nominated payment method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC requirements being met.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting vip2cuci support via live chat at any time.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account matter, Members should contact vip2cuci support in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. vip2cuci's support team will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 48 hours.
For disputes involving live casino rounds, vip2cuci's compliance team will review the recorded round footage. The outcome of that review is final in respect of the game result. For sportsbook settlement disputes, vip2cuci applies the official result published by the relevant sporting body.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with vip2cuci's support team, the Member may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under vip2cuci's operating licence. Details of this body are available from the vip2cuci support team on request.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under vip2cuci's international online gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licence jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects a consumer's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
vip2cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, vip2cuci will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying affected Members via their registered email address.
Continued use of the vip2cuci Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 13.
